    The Nussböckgut estate has played a significant role in ensuring that Upper Austria is no longer a "white spot" on the Austrian wine map. Since 2003, the estate has been successfully producing the "Red Uhu" direct-producer wine from the Concordia grape variety and Velsecco, a sparkling wine in the refined Prosecco style, on the outskirts of Linz.

A piece of history

The Nussböckgut estate in Gaumberg has a long history.
It was first mentioned in a document in the 13th century.
It has always been an economically important location in the Gaumberg district of Leonding.

Nussböckgut delights its friends with ever new ideas and innovations.
Freshly harvested asparagus and fruity wine are also great for celebrations.

Farm-direct sales / advice

You are welcome to taste our wines during the opening hours of the wine tavern and take them with you at the farm-gate price.

Outside of regular opening hours, a wine vending machine containing our product range is available 24/7.

Should you require larger quantities or in-depth consultation, please schedule an appointment with us. (We are available by phone Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm)

Thursday and Friday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

We are a family-run wine tavern and stand for convivial and relaxed afternoons among friends. We are not a nightclub and are located in the middle of a residential area. Please understand, therefore, that we take our officially mandated closing time of 10:00 pm very seriously.
