Zierfandler grapes actually belong to the thermal spa region of Austria. However, we had a really steep and attractive south-facing slope, so we couldn't resist the temptation and planted one of Austria's best grape varieties here.

Pronounced acidity, fresh, cheeky and fruity with distinct hints of citrus and gooseberry.

The friendly little creature on the label isn't a tick, but a predatory mite – a very welcome beneficial insect in our vineyards. It was time to bring it into the spotlight.
